Order Processing Time
- All orders require 2–7 business days to process before pickup or shipment.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email stating that your order is processing.
- Processing times may vary during promotions, product launches, or high‑volume periods.
Business days do not include weekends or holiday
Refunds
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has begun.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Delayed shipments caused by carriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- The only way a order can be replaced is if there has been a defective order received.
- Jar spilled
- Order leaked out
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once you place is its yours and you will receive it.

General Terms
- Gift cards can be used to purchase any product on our website or in-person at pickup locations.
- Gift cards are redeemable only at Jade Vines Natural Hair Care and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Redemption
- To redeem your gift card online, enter the gift card code at checkout.
- For in-person pickup, present the gift card code to the associate before payment.
Expiration & Balance
- Gift cards do not expire.
- Remaining balances are retained for future purchases.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please keep your card code safe.
Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated in promotions.
- They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
